He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gibney and Madeline Gibney; his brothers, Butch Gibney and Patrick Gibney; his daughter Adele Meza; his grandson Nathan Meza; his great grandchild Adley Nealey; and his close friend Ron Chaney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Brooks (Curtis) and Melanie Sharpes (Jason) of Texas; his grandchildren, Kyle Nealey, Ryan Nealey (Sierra), Ayrn Yanez (Blaine), Sarah Guerrero-Heil (Justus), Kenneth Guerrero, Max Guerrero, Alisea Meza and Joseph Meza; his great grandchildren, Kynadee, Kinsley, Fletcher, Mylo, Theo, Brixton, Rylynn and Easton; his sisters-in-law, Denise Gibney of New York, Peggy Engler (Edie) of Florida and Maureen Naylor (Brian) of Florida; and his nephew Frank Gibney (Gladys) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
