Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ellis Edgar Nelson of Trent Woods, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 89, on October 30, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Nelson and Lillian Nelson; his son Kevin Nelson; and his grandson Trevor Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Greg Nelson (Jennifer) and Kara Joyce (Tim); his grandchildren, Gregory Nelson II, Taylor Nelson, Nathan Nelson, Brett Nelson, Walker Joyce and Ellis Joyce; his brother Jimmy Nelson; and the mother of his children Nellie Thalman. He is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
