He is survived by: his wife Patty Sherrod Starr Willis; his son Arthur Rexford Willis, III; and his grandchildren, Joseph Starr Willis, Alice Haller Willis, Sherrod Brinson Willis, Arthur Rexford Willis and Gabriella Willis.
