She is survived by: her parents, Donald Ray Royal and Birda Louise Royal; her daughter Jessica Hope Dorton; her siblings, Roy Vance Royal (Kimberly) of North Wilkesboro and Freda Stryker (Erik) of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Hayden Alexander, Noah Triplett and Will Triplett.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (615 W Main St, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
