She is survived by: her parents, Robert Thomas Gilbert and Sherry Ann Workman Walker; her stepparents, Polly Gilbert of Fleetwood and Hank Evans (Casey Johnson) of Traphill; her sister Melissa Spicer; her stepsiblings, Jessica, Corina Evans, Crystal Owens and Bobby Pennington; and her nephew Sammy Antopia.
