She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Albert and Ruby Pilkenton Church; her daughter Crystal Michelle Church; and her siblings, Teresa Roland, Ronnie Dean Church, Raymond Church and Roger Pilkenton.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie McGrady; her son Johnathan Church; her siblings, Sue Grajewski (Bob), Barbara Johnston, Janice Lewis (Steve), Lynette Richardson (Cliff), Reba Pruitt, Laura Minton (Donnie), Tonya Reynolds (Mark), Selena Miller (Gary), Wanda Combs (Jerry), Crystal Estep (Ryan) and Roy Lee Church; and her grandchildren, Meghan Church, Dylan Church and Hayden Myers.
The family requests that all in attendance wear a mask.
