With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lee Parks of Traphill, North Carolina, who passed away on July 11, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Estelle Hampton; her husband George Glenn Parks; and her children, Ruth Parks and Walter Parks Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Geralene Parks of Wilkesboro, Stella Phelts of Philadelphia, PA, Maxine Edwards (James) of Traphill, Odell Parks of Traphill and Lonnie Parks (Sarah) of Wilkesboro. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and friends.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Sandy Creek Baptist Church 9054 Austin Traphill Road, Traphill, NC 28685.
