It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane McDaniel of Traphill, North Carolina, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonso Conrad and Leticia Brown Sidden; her husband Othie "Bill" Lee McDaniel; her great grandchild Kennedy Michelle McDaniel; and her brothers, Edgar, Edwin, Clyde, Clay and Carl Sidden.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Carroll (Richard) of North Wilkesboro, Dennis McDaniel (Opal) of Hays and Robert McDaniel (Sandra) of Traphill; her grandchildren, Dannette Carroll Hincher (Bradley), Daniel Lee Carroll and Dennis Brian McDaniel (Beth); her great grandchildren, Sydney Hincher Owens (Austin), Chloe Grace Hincher, Andrew Scott Hincher, Brian Lee McDaniel and Eli Cameron Barker; and her siblings, Maxine Whittington of North Wilkesboro, Martha Myers of Traphill and Alan Sidden (Pat) of Traphill.
