He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Bryan Holbrook, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Clarice Burke Holbrook Bertini; and his nieces and nephews, Nicki Brand, Jessica Mabe, Ryan Winfree and Jason Holbrook. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
