Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Grayson Fender (Traphill, North Carolina), who passed away at the age of 72, on October 12, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lundy and Gladys Clyde Dowell Fender. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Lyon Fender; his children, Charlotte Mae Fender Sloan (Matthew) of Traphill and Randel Mack Fender (Etta) of Traphill; his grandchildren, Jordan Fender (Maygan), Austin Sloan and Garrett Fender (Lakyn); his stepgrandchildren, Tiffani Galloway, Rachel Higgins and Luke Higgins; and his brothers, Jim Fender (Ellen) of Sparta, Bob Fender of Elkin, Billy Dowell and Bobby Dowell. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
