He is survived by: his mother Esther Bauguess Blevins of Traphill; his daughters, Danielle Blevins (Robbie Brown) of Traphill and Shanna Steelman (Jason) of Winston Salem; his sister Sandra Smith (Wesley Smith) of Elkin; his grandchildren, Chelsea Blevins of Traphill, Caelen Mahan of Traphill, Hailey Willard of Winston Salem, Jacob Steelman of Winston Salem and Addalyn Steelman of Winston Salem; his niece Olivia Gibson (Brett) of Lenoir; his great-nephew Jonathan Teague of Lenoir; his close friends, Jupe Cleary of Traphill, Shane, Jenny Taylor, Ronda, Junior, Sandy Wiles of Traphill and Charlie; and also, Teresa Jones of Supply, N. C. and Trixie.
