She was predeceased by: her father Paul Eugene Blake. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Gough Blake; her husband Scott Tuttle; her children, Joshua Slater (Catlin) and Miranda Tuttle; her grandchildren, Johnathon Slater and Thomas Slater; her brother John Blake; and her nieces, Abbie Blake and Emily Blake.
