He is survived by: his wife Diane Wilson Raxter; his sons, Jordan Raxter (Terra Walker Raxter) of Andrews, Jason Raxter of Andrews and James Raxter of Marble; his brother David Raxter (Teresa) of Nantahala; his grandchildren, Skye, Lisa, Justin, Myla and Ashton; and his great grandchildren, Morgan, River and Ryder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
