He is survived by: his mother Ruby Stratton Curtis; his wife Andrea Curtis; his sons, Jesse Curtis (Madison), Jonah Craig and Jacob Neal; his siblings, Michael Curtis (Cheryl), Barry Curtis (Sheila), Steve Curtis, Marilyn Trull (Eddie), Linda Schaffer (Bob), Nancy Curtis, Karen Curtis and Pam Mashburn (Lynn); and his grandchild Oaklynd Craig. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.
