He is survived by: his children, Dwayna Jones (Bradley Pyle) of Nantahala, David Cook (Tonya) of Nantahala, Danny Cook (Michelle) of Moultrie, GA and Dennis Cook (Teresa) of Moultrie, GA; and his sisters, Marcella Barton, Martha Wilson and Margaret Moody. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.
