He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Karen; his grandchildren, Sandy and Connor; his wife Edna Cascioli Smith of Topsail Beach, NC; his son Steven Tobias Smith (Karen) of Topsail Beach, NC; his grandchildren, Sandra Louise Smith and Steven Connor Smith of Topsail Beach, NC; and his brother James Allen Smith of Fayetteville, NC.
