She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Faye Mullis Laney and Johnny Jhue Laney; and also Her. She is survived by: her son Jared Laney of Oxnard; her brother Darmon Laney (Cathy); her nieces, Dana Potts (Jonathan) and Meagan Barbee (Cameron); and her nephew Clayton Potts of Stanfield, N. C..
