It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gwendolyn Lewis of Todd, North Carolina, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Palmer and Rosa Winebarger Hopkins; her husband Gordon Jasper Lewis; her grandson Brian Lewis; and her great-grandparent Gwendolyn.
She is survived by: her children, Larry G. Lewis (Carolyn) of Warrensville, Lanny Lewis (Marie) of West Jefferson and Joyce Watson (Ron) of Cary; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Sanders, Stephen Lewis and Cynthia Turner. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
