It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Elizabeth Church Stevens of Todd, North Carolina, who passed away on July 28, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Stevens; her siblings, Hazel Greer, John Church, Paris Miller, Danford Church, Thea Church, Franklin Church, Faye Roark and Ann Adams; and her great grandchild Daniel Petrey.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip G. Stevens (Starr Kiser) of Jefferson, Barry R. Stevens (Debbie) of Todd and Paula S. Woodring (Ricky) of Todd; her granddaughter Daphne Petrey (Dustin) of Fleetwood; her children, Jason Stevens (Amanda) of Todd, Amanda Berry (Allen) of Todd, Meghan Rousseau (Cary) of North Wilkesboro and Austin Woodring of Todd; her daughter-in-law Scotti Stevens of Wilkesboro; and her brothers, Paul Church of Forest Hill, MD and Clyde Church of Kannapolis, NC.
