He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Harrison Stephens and Biddie Lewis Stephens; and his brothers, Hurl, Don, Millard, Jr., Hubert, Odell and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine G. Stephens of Todd; his children, David Stephens (Debbie) of Todd and Sherri McCollian (Bill) of Marion; his granddaughter Nicole Blakeman of Todd; and his sister Edna Kirby of Lenoir. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
