She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Ray Helsabeck and Bonnie Louise Blackburn Helsabeck; and her brother Mark Helsabeck. She is survived by: her children, Stoney Longworth (Honesty) of Tobaccoville, Hunter Longworth of Rural Hall and Valorie Longworth of Rural Hall; her grandchildren, Easton and Adeline Longworth; her siblings, Tewanna Helsabeck Wommack (Buddy) of Guyton, GA and Richie Helsabeck (Wendi) of Max Meadows, VA; and her nieces, Angie, Christa, Haley, Victoria, Kristin, Amanda, Olivia and Katlyn. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to cancer research to the organization of the donor's choice.
