He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Della Loggins Goins; his wife Theresa Goins; his children, John A. Goins (Melissa), Robert Goins Jr. (Carol), Ellen Smiley and Wanda Brewer (James); his son-in-law Ray Mabe; and his parent Eugene. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
