It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Riggs of Tobaccoville, North Carolina, who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Bowman and Annabelle Noah Bowman; her sons, Evan Riggs of Tobaccoville and Daniel Riggs of Tobaccoville; and her brother Joseph Bowman (Linda) of Tobaccoville.
