He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Raymond and Lucille Dixon Oakley; his wife Tina Ann Martin Oakley; his daughter Erika Nicole Oakley Bowers (Jacob); his grandchildren, Harper Bowers and Mason Bowers; and his sisters, Bonnie Oakley Gwaltney (Chuck) and Anne Oakley Stutzman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strickland and Jones Memorial Funeral Services (1810 Durham Rd, Roxboro, NC 27573).
