She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Raymond Hammett and Gladys Davis Hammett. She is survived by: her husband John Harvey Padgett; her children, Angelia Denise Padgett of Timberlake, Amy Padgett Pearce of Timberlake and John Padgett of Wilmington; and her siblings, Danny Hammett of Spartanburg, SC and Doris H. Billings of Boiling Springs, SC.
