Michael Powers Credle Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Powers Credle of Timberlake, North Carolina, born in New York, New York, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Leon Credle and Jane Powers Credle; his former wives, Lyndel "Lynny" Credle and Lou Mae Credle; and his son James Randall "Randy" Credle.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Turner Credle; his children, William "BIll" T. Credle (Gretchen), Adam Credle (Michelle), Pastor Chris Credle (Amy) and Danny Credle (Janean); his stepchildren, Nancy Lynn Huffman, Joyce Marie Fulkman, Nathan Wayne Edward, Curtis Lee Edwards and Jason Russell "Rusty" Atkinson; and his brothers, Thomas Powers Credle, Richard Powers Credle and David Powers Credle. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
