He is survived by: his wife Sandra Rudder Chambers; his sons, Dr. M. David Chambers (Melissa) of Timberlake, Brett Chambers of Raleigh and Christopher Chambers of Raleigh; his siblings, Carter Chambers of Timberlake and Sandra Chambers Ashley (Larry) of Timberlake; his grandchildren, Noah Chambers and Micah Chambers; his sister-in-law Vickie R. Chambers of Timberlake; and his pet Spirit.
