He is survived by: his son Jeremy Hoadley (Kelly); his grandchildren, Evan, Elysa, Emaya, David, Kaison, Dani and Jeremy, Jr.; his siblings, Shelly, Sandy, David and Robin; and his close friend Keith Whitt.
