He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Douglas Swain and Crystal Steelman Swain; and his brother Ralph Woodson Swain. He is survived by: his wife Shelby Carroll Swain; his children, Connie Swain Taylor and Ricky Swain (Best Friend); his grandchildren, Aaron Jodway, Justin Gantt, Heather Swain and Faith Gantt; his great grandchildren, Ava O'Conner and Brayden Jodway; and his sisters, Jean Pridgen, Darlene Register (Don) and Brenda Hudson (Ronnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to CoVid and other illnesses, the family will not have a visitation.
