It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Ann Wade Burton of Timberlake, North Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Thomas and Etta Cornelia Gravitte Wade; her husband Edwin Eric Burton; and her siblings, Ray Wade and Kay Gonzalez.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Burton Reaves (Charles) of Timberlake, Ronald Ray Burton of Timberlake and Eddie Burton (Laura) of Timberlake; and her sister Joyce W. Riley of Roxboro. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
