He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Algie J. Bowes and Emma T. Bowes; his wife Vickie "Tinka" Bowes; his children, Christopher Bowes, Cory Bowes [Aimee] and Jonn Walker [Casey]; his grandchildren, Jacob Bowes, Megan Pennington, Briana Walker, Brycen Bowes and Hunter Bowes; and his brother Ronnie Bowes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (677 Antioch Church Rd, Timberlake, NC 27583). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Truth In Nature (Apex Chapter (https://truthinnature.org), a non-profit Christian Youth Ministry, or Antioch Baptist Church, P.O. Box 185, Timberlake, NC, 27583 in his honor.
