He is survived by: his mother Gloria Cartwright Buzzard; his children, Curtis Heaven of Florida, Rachel Shilling (Luke) of Thurmond and Christina Shilling of Arcadia, Florida; his siblings, Jake Shilling (Lynn) of Poca, WV, Urata Singleton of Elkin, Diana Lopez of Winston Salem, Wendy Harris (Mark) of Buffalo, WV and Amy Brown (Paul) of St. Albans, WV; and his grandchildren, Carson Callegari, Nicole Yorch and Liam Shilling.
