He is survived by: his wife Sherri Workman of Thurmond; his stepsons, Kyle Dinger, Jr. (Monica Wood) of North Wilkesboro and Shannon Dinger (Misty Bauguess) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Kyrie Lyon of Wilkesboro, Riely Tackett of North Wilkesboro, George Wood of North Wilkesboro and Jayden McCarty of Taswell, Virginia; his brothers, David Workman of Kimball, Billy Workman of Kimball, Carl Workman and Donald Workman; his stepbrother Donnie Workman of Pineville; and his sisters, Lori Bryant, Sherri Walker of Traphill, Alisha Workman, Betty Scott and Anna Scott.
