She is survived by: her husband Billy Jack Spicer; her children, Robert Royall (Jasmine) of Elkin and Vickie Caudill (Rocky) of Elkin; her stepson Todd Spicer of Elkin; her sisters, Dorothy Royall of Elkin, Veronia Luffman of Elkin, Belle Dodson of Elkin, Sally Dodson of Elkin and Ruby Lynn of Elkin; her grandchildren, Ricky Holsclaw (Ashley) of Elkin, Russ Royall of Elkin, Riley Royall of Elkin, Leah Royall of Elkin, Carter Hanson of Elkin, Carol Carter (Craig) of Boonville and Jason Caudill (Janelle) of Louisvillle, KY; her great grandchildren, Devin Holsclaw, Nolan Holsclaw, Leland Holsclaw, Lanie Carter and Levi Caudill; and her friends, Ashley Wheeler, Deb Muckle and Angel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
