He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Clements; his siblings, Richard "Dickie" Clements and Dolores Clements Giles; his grandchild Senega Childress; his children, Kathy Sares (Michael) of Florida, Tony Johnson of Thurmond, Rebecca Cunningham (Richard) of Winston-Salem, Sammy Johnson (Rochelle) of Winston-Salem, Chris Johnson of Thurmond, Gina DeCelle (Jean-Pierre) of Elkin, Susan Barker of Roaring River and Brianne Freeman Ester (Chris) of East Bend; his brother Lewis Clements Sr.; his grandchildren, Shelia Richardson, Tonya Johnson, Laura Johnson, Rickie Johnson, Scottie Johnson, Sarah Johnson, Edsel Johnson, Karenda Vava, Nicole Waddell, Jason Boseley, Kimberly Barker, Charity Love and Abigail Marie Freeman; his nieces, Christine Hagan of Kentucky and Sharon Harrison of Winston-Salem; and his nephew Lewis Clements Jr.. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
