He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Donald Blackburn and Sarah Medley Blackburn. He is survived by: his sister Regina Reavis of Thurmond; his niece Shania Reavis of Thurmond; his aunts, Sadie Bauguess and Elizabeth Youngquist (Frank); and his uncle Dale Weaver (Rosa).
