It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Gambill (Thurmond, North Carolina), who passed away on June 8, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Debra Adams; and his siblings, Milland Gambill, Roy Gambill, Frank Gambill, Cecil Gambill, Bessie Lowe, Emma Bunker, Ruth Broyhill, Gertrude Bowers and Marie Hampton.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Gambill of Thurmond; his daughter Karen Gregory of Thurmond; his husband Dale Gregory of Thurmond; his son-in-law Timmy Adams of Thurmond; his grandsons, Monty Adams (Maggie) of Columbus and Andrew Gregory (Angie) of Hays; and his great grandchildren, Rhiana Adams, Kendal Gregory, Keelee McGlamery, Tylee McGlamery and Tonya Seagraves. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
