She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandson Senega Matthew Childress; her husband James Clements; her children, Kathy Sares (Michael) of Florida, Tony Johnson of Thurmond, Rebecca Cunningham (Richard) of Winston-Salem, Sammy Johnson of Winston-Salem, Chris Johnson of Thurmond, Gina De Celle (Jean-Pierre) of Elkin and Susan Barker of Roaring River; her sisters, Olene Harris of Elkin and Jenny Taylor of Hamptonville; and her grandchildren, D. J. Sares, Jordan Sares, Sheila Richardson, Tonya Johnson, Lara Johnson, Ricky Johnson, Scottie Johnson, Sarah Johnson, Edsel Johnson, Karenda Vara, Nicole Waddell, Jason Boseley, Kimberly Barker and Charity Love. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
