He was predeceased by: his father Joe Simon, Jr.; and his siblings, Clayton Nelson and Debra Simon. He is survived by: his children, Rashekia Junious of High Point, Torrence Simon (Allison) and Dontae Simon of Thomasville; his siblings, Sandra Simon of Thomasville and Wilbert Simon (Mary) of Thomasville; his child Shirley Simon; and his grandchildren, TyZhane Young, TyJai Young, Starr Wilson, Skye Wilson, Trinity Simon and Isaiah Simon.
