He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Swing and Annie Varner. He is survived by: his close friend Tracy Hurst; his children, Briana Swing, James Hurst (Stephanie) and David Swing (Haley); and his grandchildren, Michael Hurst, Camden Hurst, Aryah Hurst, Xavier Swing, Spencer Swing and Raelynn Wilson. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
