He was predeceased by: his father Cled Russell; his wife Bobbie Lee Holland Russell; and his siblings, Agnes Dennis, Madge Lanier, Sue Rothrock, John Leonard Russell, Eugene Russell, Homer Russell, Dwight Russell and Deveraux Russell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many friends.
