He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Randall and Alma Calder Randall; and his wife Shelvia Jean Underwood Randall. He is survived by: his close friend James Thomas; his children, Hubert Ray Randall (Hugh), Tonya Renee Underwood and Tammy Lynn Meadows; and his siblings, Mattie Randall Bodenhammer and Michael "Mike" Randall (Susie). He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two nephews, two great-nieces, six aunts, one uncle, and numerous cousins and extended family.
