He was predeceased by: his parent William Chester West; and his wife Sharon M. West. He is survived by: his parent Mildred Vaughn West; his sons, William C. West III and Michael West (Renee); his sister Pat Gapinski; his granddaughter Olivia West; and his stepgrandchildren, Shana Pittman and Jonathan Pittman (Nidia).
