Virgie Lee Parrish Kennedy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2022, at the age of 85, Virgie Lee Parrish Kennedy of Thomasville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Howard Parrish; her former husband Albert Ephraim Hayes, Jr.; her husband Lee Byrd Kennedy; her son Ronnie Leon Hayes; and her siblings, Alton, Austin, Bruce Parrish and Marie Embler.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Dianne Workman (Rickie) and Barbara Ann Kuykendall (Daniel); her grandchildren, Christopher Beal, Stacey Simmons, Shannon Hayes and Michelle Miller; her sister Lois Bailey (Oscar, Jr.); and her pet Beast. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
