He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kern Welch; his children, Vincent Lee Welch, III, Heather Braddy (Kevin Kirby) and Rebecca Welch; his grandchildren, Tyler Holder, Emory Holder, Bradly Holder, Ava Welch, Vanessa Welch, Serenaty Mundy, Donald Bailey, Jr., Leighlan Hill and Jaylin Welch; and his siblings, Dale Welch (Teresa) and Kathy Roberts.
