In loving memory of Vickie Myrick Long of Thomasville, North Carolina, who departed this world on February 10, 2025 at the age of 86. Vickie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Edwards Myrick and James Myrick; her husband Bennie Grey Long; her sisters, Beverly Jane Martin (Raymond) and Myrna Coleman; and her pet Benji.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dianna Edwards (Phil), Cecelia Beck, Janice Byrd, Freddie Myrick, Terry Myrick and Jimmy Myrick (Pat); and her aunt Barbara Bingham. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holly Hill Memorial Park (401 W Holly Hill Rd, Thomasville, NC 27360).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Davidson County Animal Shelter, 490 Glendale Rd. Lexington, NC 27292.
