He is survived by: his wife Dianne Batten Anthony; his daughters, Rhonda Goins, Lisa Garner, Tracy Bayse (Reggie) and Jerri Ann Lewis; and his grandchildren, Brooke Hames (Zach), Jason Hayes (Erin), Jordan Lewis, McKenzie Lewis, Luke Bayse, Gracie Lewis and River Lewis.
