She was predeceased by: her father Dave Smith. She is survived by: her mother Edie Ballew Pangalinan; her children, Dylan Shores, Nathan Holmes, Britny Shores, Shayna Smith and Andrea Holmes; her siblings, Jimmy Ballew (Lisa), Tamra Smith, Tanya Guerra and Rachel Quick (Bryan); her grandchild Reese Sage Shores; her aunts, Robin Buchanan and Becky Bonnick; and her uncle Matt Buchanan.
