She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Good Bowers and Gertie Strickland Bowers; her son Roger Wayne Rich; and her brother Glenn Strickland. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Dunlap (Bryan), Wendy McClamrock (Benji), Jeff Fletcher (Avis) and Michael Rich (Julie). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many beloved great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel (122 W Main St, Thomasville, NC 27360). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
