She was predeceased by: her mother Ann Johnson. She is survived by: her father Charles Johnson; her husband Barry Duffield of Thomasville; her children, Brandi Duffield Ginter (Travis Ginter) of Thomasville and Cody Lee Duffield (Katie Smalley) of Archdale; her grandchildren, David Duffield Ginter, Molly Duffield Ginter, Lilly Adair and Christopher Smalley; and her pets, Max, Igor and Pooky.
